Definition of commercial building
A commercial building is a place where at least 50% of its floor area is used for commercial activities, such as retail, catering, or food service (restaurants and the like).
A commercial building can also be defined as a space that has the potential to be one that brings in income. The word “commercial” relates to things concerned with or engaged in commerce, i.e. activities aimed at making a profit.
The design of a commercial building is not limited to aesthetics only, but what occupies the minds of our company’s engineers is what is the commercial purpose of constructing the building and the most appropriate method of use that meets that purpose.
There are several approved conditions for establishing commercial buildings, including:
1- Providing the latest alarm and safety devices
2- Fire extinguishers
3- Ventilation and air conditioning devices
4- Suitable location that does not cause traffic congestion
And many other things that the engineers of Al-Majarra Company care about, to provide the best commercial center for our clients, business owners and investors.
